FTP Access

2 min readAdmin

At the end of each billing period, this is usually on the second day of the new month, the system will generate all your  and  and is accessible to you for download from our FTP server. You can access the FTP server by connecting to:

json
data.atomtelecom.com.au:21

Your username can be found in the Atomic portal over at Profile > Company Info > FTP Server Login. The password is the same password as the Primary Atomic user.

You will need to use an application like Filezilla to connect to the FTP server for file retrieval.

Should you have any issues accessing the FTP server, please contact our support team at support@atomtelecom.com.au for assistance.

File Name Conventions

Filenames are named in this convention - type-month-year.csv . Typically you will see a filename such as this cdr-02-2023.csv. From November 2022 onwards, you will see that the cdr and service files have an additional prefix. Example: cdr-02-2023-v2.csv. This is the same cdr record for that billing month, however, it does include additional columns to identify the record belonging to a specific customer. This is mainly to assist you with identifying which of your customer made that record and may assist with injecting this file to your billing platform.
