What is Hosted Voice

2 min readVoice

Hosted Voice is a service offered on the Atomic platform that will enable you to offer to your end-users a hosted voice service.  This is very much a like a cloud PBX service, where you can offer your en-customers a PBX like service. Some of the features are:

Extension - to - Extension Dialling
IVR / Auto Attendant
Time of day routing (Service Flags)
Hunt Groups
Call Queueing
Input Code Prompting
Voicemail (including Speech to text)
Real time reporting

What makes Hosted Voice a completely unique offering is the close integration of the Atomic platform as well as its user interface. Hosted Voice was designed from the ground up to provide users with an easy to user interface in handling complex features like IVR building or building a call queue.

You can activate additional license, add or port numbers on the Atomic platform and assign it straight to your end-user for immediate use.

Hosted Voice also provides a complete white label portal where you can offer your end-users a portal in your image, complete with domain masking. Hosted Voice also supports custom SMTP so that your end-users will receive emails like Voicemail and missed call notifications from your business.
