This is only applicable for SIP Trunk services.

The Atomic platform, by default, accepts E,164 formatted numbers. This generally means that calls will need to be formatted in this way:

Country Code + Area Code + Phone Number

To change this format, you can easily navigate to the corresponding account and change the Dial Format to Domestic.

Navigation: Service > Voice > Selected Account > Config
