You can set up a Hosted Voice account directly from the Atomic platform. Here's a quick guide on how to easily create a Hosted Voice account.
1. Creating a Service
- On Atomic, navigate to Services > Voice and click on the
Add Servicebutton. For Service Type, select Hosted Voice and choose an appropriate Service Plan that you want to associate with this Service - For channels, leave this blank as most plans will include channels based on the number of licenses installed on the Service.
- By default, the service is activated for Domestic calling only. Toggle the
Domestic Onlyswitch OFF if you want to enable international dialing as well. You can leave everything else as is. Click on theAdd Servicebutton to create your Hosted Voice Service. - The Service will not be ready yet as there is required configuration needed before the Service is fully activated, as detailed below.
2. Configuring the Service
- Once the Service has been successfully created, find the Service on the main Voice Services page and click the
Managebutton to complete the configuration. - Click on the Hosted Voice label to access the settings page.
- For the SIP Domain field, you need to create a SIP domain that this Hosted Voice tenant can connect to. This will be the URL endpoint that all end user devices connect to. This must be a unique URL and is required to enable the Hosted Voice service.
- You can also enable a custom self-branded SIP Domain if desired. For more information, refer to this documentation -Unsupported block type: unsupported
- You can choose to enable 2-way SMS for this tenant by toggling
2 Way SMSto ON. For more information about 2-way SMS, you can refer to this documentation - - In the
Timezonedropdown, select the tenant's timezone. This ensures that reporting, service flags, etc. follow the correct timezone. This information can be changed and updated from the as well. - Finally, assign licenses to this tenant. You can change the number of licenses associated with this tenant at any time. However, the system won't allow you to decrease the number of licenses if all licenses have already been assigned and users/extensions created. 3. Customize your White Label Portal
The white label portal allows your users to log in to a custom branded portal that matches your own branding. Admin users can manage all PBX services from this portal. Extension users can also log in to manage their own settings such as voicemail, and access a phone.

4. Accessing your White Label Portal
