The Voicemail feature can be enabled or disabled by toggling the Enable Voicemail toggle. You can find the Voicemail setting when you login in to the Atomic portal and navigate to Services > Voice. Click on the Manage button for the Service you want to enable/disable Voicemail for and locate the Enable Voicemail toggle.
When Voicemail is turned on and an incoming call is unable to connect to the endpoint, the caller will be presented with an option to leave a voicemail.

There are 2 ways for the Account to retrieve and check their voicemail:
1. Dialing In
By using a SIP Client, the user can call *98 and will be greeted by a voice prompt. The user will then need to enter their voicemail PIN. This PIN can be configured in the Account Configuration (this can only be done if Voicemail has been enabled).
2. Email
The Atomic platform will send an email to the designated email address with the voicemail attached to the email. The email can be set in the Email column under the Enable Voicemail toggle in Account Configuration.
