The Atomic platform enables you to edit numerous characteristics of your DID like the number format. Below are some guidelines on how you can use the available configuration to meet your requirements.

Connection - If you want to change where your DID is delivered to you, you can select from this dropdown selection.
CLI Translation Rule - This applies to the callers CLI. By default, this is passed through to you in E.164 format. You can change this by inserting a custom script. An example could be that the CLI being passed is this number > 13372989977. However, you want to have a “00” in front of the number and transform it to > 0013372989977. You can then use this script - s/^/00/
To have a better understanding of number translation and have a look at some example scripts, please refer to the documentation .
Number Format - This applies to the DID number itself and the format that we pass through to you. There are 2 selections:
Forward DID in URI - When turned OFF, the Service ID number (999xxxxxxx) will be used in the TO header of the SIP INVITE messages. If turned ON, the DID number will be used instead.
