When creating or porting a Service to an eSIM, please ensure that the Notification Email is set correctly as that will be the email used to send the user the QR code.
Please ensure that the mobile device supports the use of eSIM’s
Here’s how to get started:
For iOS Devices
- Go to Settings
- Select Mobile / Mobile Data
- Go to SIM’s and select Add eSIM
- Select Use QR code and scan the QR code provided
For Android Devices
- Go to Settings
- Select Connection
- Select SIM Manager
- Select Add eSIM
- Select Use QR code and scan the QR code provided
