Feature Settings

As an administrator, you can manage certain aspects of subscribers mobile service. This can be done on the Atomic platform when you Manage a specific service and go to the Feature Settings tab.

Any changes done on the Atomic portal will take approximately 20-30 minutes before being activated on the subscribers service.

Barring Incoming for RoamingBar all incoming calls when roaming
Barring all incoming callsBar all incoming calls
Barring all outgoing callsBar all outgoing calls
Barring all IDD callsBar all outgoing IDD calls
Barring of IDD exp Home CountryBar all outgoing IDD calls except for call to the Home Country
Call HoldProvide capability to handset to place a call on hold
Call WaitingEnable call waiting if the subscriber is busy
MultipartyProvide capability to handset to perform conference calls
Reset Voicemail PinWhen you activate this first time it will reset the pin. If you want to reset PIN once again in future, then you need to deactivate and activate this service again.
International RoamingThis service allows international roaming to be activated for end-user. Note that if end-user is already overseas and requesting this service to be activated, then it might take few hours before foreign network might refresh its data about this service and will provide service to end user.
MessageToTextThis service will enable the subscriber to get a transcription of their voicemail sent to the device as an SMS. For this service to work, all call diversion will need to be deactivated.
