Users can manage their Call Forwarding settings through the User Management portal of the web interface or by using their . Below is how you can setup call forwarding on an extension:
- Navigate to Extensions / Users
- Click on Edit for the user you want to set up
- Go to the Call Forwarding section

Enable Call Forwarding - Toggles the service ON or OFF
Mode - When do you want the calls forwarded:
Timeout - Available when the Mode is set to No Answer. The amount of seconds it will ring the extension before forwarding the call
Incoming Call Type - Select for what type of calls: All Calls, Internal Calls or External Calls
Call Forward To - Enter a PSTN/Mobile number or select an Extension, Hunt Group or IVR
