All users have access to a WebRTC user portal where they can not only make and receive calls using a web browser, but also:
have an overview of their calls logs
listen to voicemails and call recordings
send and receive instant messages from other users
send and receive SMS messages, if they have been assigned a Virtual Mobile Number (VMN)
manage their address book, do-not-disturb (DND) and call forwarding
Accessing the User Portal
When they browse to the user portal page, they will need to access their username and password. This is the same username and password combination that they are assigned when their extension is created.
In the below diagram, their username will be 1234@hosted and their password will be the password you have setup for them.

By using the assigned username and password, the user can now access the WebRTC user portal by logging into the site using their username and password combination.
