Here are the configuration settings to get Linphone connected to your @Hosted service.

  1. Click on the Menu icon on the top left corner
  2. Select Assistant and select User SIP Account
  3. Complete the form by entering your Extension number in Username and Display name
  4. Enter your extension password in Password
  5. In Domain, enter the domain name of your service, which can be found here:

  6. For Transport, select UDP and click on Login and you are ready to go!

If you are experiencing poor call quality due to weak or poor data connection, you can select the G.729 codec for your calls. This codec reduces the size of data that is transmitted. To set this go to Settings > Audio. You will want to turn on G.729 and turn off the rest.
