You can automatically send out an email to a new user/extension when you create an account. A generic email will be sent to the user. The header of this email includes:
From - notifications@hostedservice.com.au
Subject - Welcome to your Phone System
This email will welcome the user and provide them with their:
To access this setting, navigate to Settings > Env. Settings > General Settings and toggle the Send Login Details for New Extensions to ON or OFF.
If it is turned ON, whenever a new extension is created a welcome email is sent to the user. By default, this setting is OFF.
You can also send out these emails by navigating to the Extension Management screen and click on the 3 dots to pull out the extended controls and click on Send Login Details to push an email to a user.
