This is helpful when you want to place an outbound call from your mobile or PSTN line without wanting to disclose your phone number, and instead show your office/extension CLI.
To do this, you will need to ensure that is turned on for your extension. and Personal Virtual Assistant is enabled.
- From your asnwerpoint phone number, call into the main number of the PBX.
- From the Personal Virtual Assistant menu, press 1 for outbound call.
- Enter the destination number, then press the
#key.
